# About Congrify’s AI Co-pilot

Congrify’s AI Co-pilot is a dedicated payments intelligence tool designed to transform complex, fragmented data into clear, actionable insights. Unlike traditional business intelligence tools that require manual data wrangling and advanced querying skills, the AI Co-pilot acts as an automated payments analyst. It works in the background to monitor specific patterns and user-defined KPIs, enabling teams to uncover anomalies in authorization rates, identify unexpected spikes in gateway or interchange fees, and decode normalized decline reason codes across hundreds of data combinations in real-time. 

## How to Start 

Getting started with Congrify’s advanced features follows a unified process to ensure your data is correctly mapped and ready for analysis.

1. **Core Integration:** Before enabling the AI Co-pilot, you must connect your payment data sources. For a step-by-step guide on connecting your PSPs, please refer to our [Integrations Getting Started Guide](https://docs.congrify.com/#/Integrations/GettingStarted).

2. **No-Code Activation:** Once your integrations are live, the AI Co-pilot automatically begins processing your transaction flow. There is no additional technical setup required to begin using the conversational interface.

3. **Data Enrichment:** For deeper intelligence, you can provide supplemental business context via secure file sharing or API. Please contact our support team to see how to share the data.

**IMPORTANT:** Depending on the plan that is active to your users, the AI Co-Pilot interactions will have different usage thresholds. If you hit your interaction thresholds, please contact support or reach out to your point of contact.

## How to use the AI Co-pilot

The AI Co-pilot uses an intuitive conversational interface, allowing you to bypass complex dashboards and ask direct questions about your payment performance.

- **Ask Conversational Questions:** Instead of building manual tables, you can ask questions like: "What is my current authorization rate?" or "Has there been a decline spike in the last 24 hours?"

- **Drill Down Into Root Causes:** If an issue is identified, follow up with granular queries such as: "Which combination of payment method and billing country is affected?"

- **Identify Cost Spikes:** Use the Co-pilot to monitor financial efficiency by asking it to spot unusual patterns in scheme, interchange, or gateway fees.

The Co-pilot responds with detailed insights and visual summaries, enabling you to catch payment issues and adjust your management strategy before they escalate into customer service problems.

The co-pilot provides tables and timeline charts depending on the type of asked questions. 

Table format, for questions such as: What are my Sales by the merchant account, What are my fees or what are my chargebacks?

Timelines formats, for questions such as: What are my Authorization rates over the last 30 days, what are my sales over the last 3 months, etc.


## AI Co-Pilot functionalities

### Export table results

Click on “export” to download the table as a CSV file.

### Create a New Chat and Edit the name

To create a new chat, click on the top left corner of the screen.

To rename the chat, click on the three white dots to proceed.

### Report a Response

To report a response, click on the bottom of the chat, write your notes, and then click on submit.

### Maximize/ Minimize the table

Click the top-right corner of the table to maximize or minimize it.

### Switch chart type functionality 

For the type of questions involving a chart's creation, the chart can be converted into a table, and vice versa.

### Access the AI Co-pilot functionalities within Analytics

You can access the AI co-pilot functionality within the Analytics dashboard. Simply click on the dimension’s table you want, and then click on the “AI-Copilot” button.

### Move from the Analytics Co-pilot into the dedicated Co-Pilot section

To move from the Analytics Co-pilot to the AI Co-pilot section, click on “convert to Co-Pilot chat”.
