For Ethoca, just provide your merchant descriptor.

For RDR you would need to provide: 
- your merchant descriptor
- your acquirer BIN
- your CAID or MID numbers

# How to handle the alerts

Handling alerts is flexible and tailored to your workflow.
- For Ethoca alerts, it’s essential to provide feedback within 24 hours to confirm that a refund has been initiated. 
- With RDR (Rapid Dispute Resolution), refunds are automatically processed, but you can still send a confirmation back to Congrify for tracking purposes. 

Alerts are delivered via email or Webhooks, and you can respond either through API integration or by logging into the Congrify portal to manage each case manually. This ensures timely resolution and optimal control over dispute handling.
